DIY: Tissue Paper Pumpkins

This weekend, Miss Heather and I DIY'd a Pumpkin!
It was a super fun craft and you can do it too just in time for Halloween.

Supplies
Toilet Paper Rolls
(We used 3)
One Package of Orange Tissue Paper
One Package of Brown Tissue Paper
Black Glitter Glue
Silver Glitter Glue
Elmer's Glue
Scissors

Step One
Grab one toilet paper roll and place it on top of the orange tissue paper.

Step Two
Stuff the corners into the center of the toilet paper. It should be a little fluffy.
If needed, use a little bit of Elmer's glue to keep the pieces down.
Repeat this step with a second sheet of tissue paper.

Step Three
Roll one sheet of brown tissue paper to create the pumpkin stem.
Use a small dot of Elmer's glue at the end to keep the paper from unraveling.

Step Four
Take your rolled up tissue paper and stuff it into the center of the toilet paper roll.
Use a pair of scissors to cut where you want the stem to end.

Step Five
Decorate your pumpkin!
We used the glitter glue to create stripes, spiderwebs and polka-dots.

Step Six
Display your pumpkins!

When your done creating your pumpkins, head over to Craftbaby to see inspirations and enter their "DIY A Pumpkin" contest which Miss Heather and I are sponsoring!

Have fun crafting!
