Style Icon: Blair Waldorf
Time to talk about a certain style icon of mine. That's right, I'm talking about Blair Waldorf or a.k.a Leighton Meester as Blair Waldorf on the CW show "Gossip Girl".
First, the headbands. Oh, the headbands!
Second, the colored tights.
Thirdly, who else could get away with transforming their private school uniform into something COMPLETELY different but Blair Waldorf.
